About the Role
We are seeking a suitably qualified & experienced Senior Case Manager to promote growth and development within our high intensity & complex support service stream.  The successful candidate will fit the criteria by working alongside the intake, rostering & support teams with experience gained in growing business and supporting service delivery to participants with high intensity and complex support requirements.

This is a multi-functional role which will support business growth within the unit whilst delivering a high level of support and direction to teams working within our existing high intensity and complex support service areas.

This rewarding opportunity is for dedicated individuals who are skilled in the application of de-escalation techniques, application of PBSP frameworks and comfortable with regulated restrictive practices when absolutely necessary.  Having completed recognised training in either of these behaviour support practices would be highly advantageous.

 

About You

A: Eligibility Criteria

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Demonstrated training completed within eTrainu’s Mental Health and Complex Care modules, and
  • Applying de-escalation methods and techniques
  • Applying regulated restrictive practices
  • Working within PBSP’s
  • Completed Certificate and / or Diploma in a related field
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • Current driver licence and access to a reliable registered and comprehensively insured vehicle & the ability to travel locally

B: Our Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience within the NDIS, DVA or health sectors Intake Officer, Business Development or similar role, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Existing, robust connections within the sector, capable of opening doors and creating new opportunities for business growth
  • Ability to complete regular reporting and work with the service delivery teams on achieving recordkeeping and data integrity goals and targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Proficient in CRM software

 

Typical Functions

  • Strategic Business Development: Utilize your established network to identify, secure and drive the acquisition of new clients utilizing your deep sector knowledge.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage your connections to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sector support coordinators, service providers, NDIS participants, and their families.
  • Industry Representation: Represent SCC at high-level industry events, networking meetings, and expos to promote our innovative and specialist services.
  • Management, Planning & Support: Provide guidance and support to our intake and rostering teams on ensuring strengthened service frameworks actively supporting complex and specialist needs.
  • Recordkeeping: Pioneer a work ethic that focusses on adequate and accurate data integrity for all clients within the caseload.
